Outrage scattered across social feeds does not move institutions. Regional hubs give peaceful civic participation a place to land — with mutual aid, local knowledge, and coordinated action that does not depend on billionaire platforms or pundit cycles.

National coordination without regional infrastructure produces noise, not power. Regional hubs connect people who can show up locally with people who can support remotely — without exposing private details or fabricating capacity we do not have.

Peaceful participation means showing up in public, making demands visible, supporting mutual aid, and holding institutions accountable — without violence, without compromising participant safety, and without publishing tactical information that could endanger people.

Human dignity is non-negotiable. Accessibility is infrastructure, not an afterthought.

• Connect with a regional hub before you go — do not assume capacity exists.
• Plan for your own safety, lodging, and accessibility needs.
• Support local organizers rather than overriding local knowledge.
• Follow hub safety and participation expectations when they are published.

• Volunteer remotely — research, communications, design, moderation, admin.
• Fund mutual aid for hub infrastructure and participant support.
• Share briefings and blueprints to build the evidence base.
• Help build a hub in your city even if you cannot leave it.

Participation should not depend on wealth or PTO. Mutual aid — financial and material — makes it possible for more people to show up. When intake opens, funding and supply roles will have a clear path. Until then, find your role.
